Calligraphy Pens

Calligraphy pens draw out the more artistic side of writing. If you have ever used a fountain pen before calligraphy pens are essentially the same thing, however, they come in different types! Some of the calligraphy pens will come with a steel nib whilst others are calligraphy markers, and come in a fibre and plastic tip style. What defines a calligraphy pen is the shape of the writing tip, regardless of what it is made of. The tips are generally elongated and fairly wide. This is used to ensure that the lettering can broaden and 'retract' (become thinner) in a single stroke, instead of going over the same line twice.
