Does my pen come with a converter?

If you pen comes with a converter, it will say so in the description of the product if you click to view it.

What is the difference between and ballpoint and rollerball pen?

The first difference you will notice between a ballpoint pen and a rollerball is that a rollerball usually comes with a cap, and ballpoint pens nearly always come with a click or twist action to expose the nib. The reason why rollerball pens usually have caps is because the ink within the refill is liquid based, and can dry out. The ballpoint pens on the other hand, use an oil based ink which is quite a lot thicker and doesn't tend to dry up quite as easily. The rollerball pen can feel easier and smoother to write with free-flowing ink, but that all depends upon the quality of the ink and refill used in both types of pen.
